Questions, answered plainly.
Write to maotunko@gmail.com. A person reads every message, usually within two working days. Because we never see what you wrote in the app, please tell us what happened in your own words; we cannot look it up.
- Does my partner have to pay?
- No. One person buys the decision; the other joins from the invitation and writes their side at no cost.
- What if my partner never joins?
- Your position summary is yours to keep, and the decision stays open. You can send the invitation again from the waiting screen. The purchase is not lost.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. The first decision costs $4.99 and is the same quality as every later one. The worked examples inside the app show exactly what you get before you pay.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, through Apple. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. We never contest a refund request.
- I bought something and the app does not show it.
- Open Settings in the app and choose the subscription line; that restores purchases from Apple. If it still does not show, write to us with the date of purchase.
- Where is my data?
- In your own iCloud and, once shared, your partner's. Our server keeps counts, never words. The privacy policy describes it in full.
- How do I delete everything?
- Delete the app's data from iCloud: Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage Storage, SameFold. Then write to us if you also want the counts on our side removed.
- Can I delete a single decision?
- No. Decisions are archived, not deleted, because the record of what you decided and why is the point of the product. Deleting the whole store from iCloud is always available.
- The picture stopped and showed a helpline.
- The app checks what is written for signs that someone may be in danger, and errs on the side of stopping. If you believe it stopped you by mistake, write to maotunko@gmail.com and we will look at it; nothing you wrote is stored by us. If you are not safe, please use the number it showed.
- Which iPhones does it run on?
- Any iPhone on iOS 18 or later. Two phones are needed, one for each of you, each signed in to its own iCloud.
